Maiesha Rashad
Maiesha
Rashad's rich sound never ceases to amaze me! Her alto timbre is reminiscent of
the classic Sara Vaughn. She is a pleasure to work with in the studio as she is
a consummate professional. I've had the pleasure of working with Maiesha on
several projects and her versatility is amazing. She can sing music ranging
from Jazz ballads to Hip-Hop. Maiesha gives a spectacular performance on the
single, "I Can't Stop Myself" from the BET History of Love CD. She
has also been the voice for many corporate advertising campaigns,
including BET's Arabesque book line. Known as the "Queen of Go-Go" in
